I saw an old project I did over 20 years ago today while walking. I was the only person able to get 3 residences, a triple on this site instead of duplex. i.e. only 2 residences. As other designers or builders only recommended 2 residences.
I Proved them wrong by designing three residences instead of two.
The client was extremely happy and was a great investment for him to kickstart his development company.
